I am quite surprised at the answers - I never really thought there was anything wrong with lunch with guy colleagues, and tbh my lunches are social, not work-related. We play catch up on each other’s lives - I know all about their partner/wife, kids, homes, travel plans and they catch up on the details of my life. As someone else pointed out, it goes back to intention and trust.
