Violence sickens me...
My personal opinion is that if you are attcked by man or woman:
There is no need to take on your attacker and turn it into an all out fist fight
Defending yourself is fine...but there is no need to start attacking back irratinally.
Do what you can to stop the violence - not antagonise your attacker and make the situation worse until one of you gets very seriously hurt
