I believe the question is about what initially catches your eye or draws you to a person. There are different criteria for the one you actually pursue a relationship with.

And besides....the creator of this thread had asked about what physical qualities women find attractive in men. And that question is being answered.
Women pay attention to looks. I know I do. While looks are not the be-all/end-all in a relationship.......physical attraction is an essential component in a relationship. And regardless of how the world views your partner.......at least you should find him/her physically attractive.
