Why do girls want to loose their weight just before their wedding day? To fit in the wedding dress?
Shouldn’t they be working on it way before their first date?

Its true...they should but they dont.
Girls try to lose weight before the wedding day not only to fit into their dress...they want to look the best they can on their big day. All eyes should be on them...no one should even want to look anywhere else.

First dates don't always lead to marriage.
I have a work colleague who struggles with controlling her wieght, she brought her wedding dress last year when she was U.K size 8. She is now a U.K size 12. She was on this ridiculous diet of only drinking two milkshakes a day and eating nothing. She finally saw sense last week and just brought herself a new wedding dress instead. She didnt even spent a lot on it, I think its from Monsoon...£120 tops.
I personally think all brides look amazing on their wedding day. It's the whole being a bride thing.

So it is all about fitting in the dress then. I watched a documentary on BBC where a bride was 14UK and was trying to get in 12UK but she actually did it more than the target and bought her size10.......she was elated and tears of happiness were coming out of her eyes.

No I didnt say it was all about fitting into the dress. I was just giving an example of why a woman may want to lose weight for their wedding.
I am sure there are lots of reasons as to why.

i dont think girl would bother about their weight.... if ppl around them stop talking about weight all the time!!
i myself have weight issues... and now it seems that ppl around me are more concerned about my weight and my marriage then anyone in the world!
its not a girl's problem.... its a society problem!! we just dont accept brides who are chubby!!

im happy being size 12, but is the world happy? NO, IS my fiance happy with size 12? yes. is the world happy? no
ive lost 10lbs since dieting last few weeks, the world is happier

oh my! ladies i am one lucky girl who had this whole span of 2 years before my wedding and i have cut down a LOT of fab like i have lost 20 kgs and now i have started to crave for all the good things i gave up just to get in shape:( please dont torture yourself if you hubby to be is happy with your body just dont care for the freaking world ! my fiance scolds me all the time but i lost this hell lot of weight just to look good and honestly now i find curvier women better!
when you lose weight and lose your curves even then no one shall admire your efforts your friends shall start calling you anorexic and when you are fat you are FAT! so just stay the way YOU love yourself! and as for a bride as someone said up there comes out to be always pretty!
