wow - lot of negativity / stereo typing in this thread.
If the girl is 18 or less then most advices given in this thread are relavent.
If she is older than that, we do not know much about the situation / personalities / your relationship / Relationship history / etc to determine fully if she is confused or not.
There are many threads in LIFE section saying how its is pretty darn hard to know if certain person is THE ONE for you. She maybe stuck in the same situation, trying to figure out if you are THE ONE for her (which implies, she is taking this seriously and intend to stick to the decision through out life).
I know couples where girl said she can NEVER see her with her current fiance - and now she is heads over heels (in love) with him.
Best advice I can give you is - take scientific approach:
- Devise small little (harmeless) tests to see how comfortable is she with you?
- Seems like you have talked about you two being together, so ask her - is there something you can do / answer to help make the decision?
- If she is a decent girl, give her time to make her decision.

P.S: Assuming you are looking to (eventually) marry her. If you are just looking to date her - then message me in private. You will have to put up a whole differnet game :p
