recently mona j’s salon offered a summer package which was hair cut and colour with nail paint. in june i went for this package to her salon.
mona j was really ok, but her salon was very dirty and unhygienic messy floor. and her salon space is very small. she doesn’t have any separate place for bridal make up and hair cuts.
her assistant cut my hair. i told her i want long layers she cut my hair very short and uneven and now i’m very depressed and worried. what i do now? she give me very light hair colour i told her i want natural colour brown but she give me very light brown color on my roots and end is very dark. i told her that i want dark roots ..this was my bad bad baddest experience of my hair cut and color.
last year in 2011 i went to Allenora by aliya tipu. her assistant cut my hair and aliya just suggest her what hair cut she give me, and she do same. she give me very nice hair colour .. which really suites me also i went at bhabis they have lady name Rani she also good in hair cuts.
but mona j salon is top bad salon in karachi i just exprianced now and suggest u all karachi girls dont go too her salon…i went mona j salon happy but i came back home cried . and upset . my fiance even said why i went to her salon they didnt like my hair color too,
now im very tense dont know wat i do, after 2 months meri shadi hain. aur tub tak meray hair wapis kaisay set ho gay..
i callled aliya tipu for my hair cut corrections but she said pehaly hair ko kuch time tak grow hone do then aana . for correction warna aur length kam ho jai ghi… im very very upset , eid aanay wali hain aur mujhay apnay hair ka colour wapis dark kar wana hoga samaj nahi aara hain again dye karoo ya nahi karoo, ya bohat bura lag raha hain colour …

well i can just fell sorry for ur hair :s.. u could have taken some serious action in the salon at that time.. y dint u :@.. it was such a waste of money and waste of ur hair too. i never liked mona j.

Don't dye your hair again so soon, it'll get too dry. Just bear the color for now, and make sure you oil it regularly and take good care of it so it grows fast and you can get it cut from a reliable place. Don't experiment so close to your wedding! Go to someone you trust with your hair. And if you feel the color is really horrible, then you should go show your hair to your stylist and ask for her advice.

sometimes a toner can be applied to help with a bad job I think......

don't worry......you can have it fixed closer to your wedding time.

well for now..start doing moisturizing treatments...at home...try making them healthier..take your vitamins/evening primrose oil/fish oil/or whatever supplements you use..oiling,conditioning etc.So that by the time you re-dye them...your hair should be healthy and strong to give gooddd results..all the best!and dont worry:)

Use protein masks and treatments for your hair, hot oil treatments are great too. I don't know if you had your hair bleached but you can dye your hair all in one color if you aren't happy with it. Use a good conditioner everytime you shampoo as well. :)

i have tony&guy styling conditioner red bottle .
and i use European formula shampoo.
but very tense becuase my hair colour i will re-color my hair ,
per mera hair cut ki waja se bohat disturb ho q k, front se bangs kafi shorts kar dia hain aur koi style nahi aara hain hair mujhay
kise ne kaha hain ke me correction kar wa lo layer ki pher is se aur short ho jai ghi ,, so me agar one n half band ya 2 baad kar walo
to theek rahay ga ?

It’s safe to color your hair if you aren’t happy with it, just use good protein treatments. Get extensions before your wedding if you want long hair, even clip-ins would work

hi Designer pk , i m very sorry to hear about your story and understand how upset u would ve been . I recently went to Mona J Salon my self and took a cut n color by Mona J herself . She was very professional and friendly and gave me a lot of consultation time then we decided on a mohagany brown n long layers . The result turned out to be awesome and i got a complete different look without compromising on my length . I recommend a friend of mine to her n waiting for her verdict as well . :)

Well I totally agree with designerpk. I went to Mona J last summer 2014 and still it was horrible. I got a package for high lights and massage etc and instead of a relaxing afternoon it turned out to be a disaster. They ruined my sister and my cousins hair color. Both got it fixed the next day, We went there are 4 pm and came back at 12 am!! cause they were so slow!! it Was horrible. dirty and unhygienic. I literally wanted to run away when i was there but we had already paid. I am never in my sane mind going back there and not letting anyone else go too. lol.

Re-dye your hair as one color. Uneven haircut can be fixed…you just get it cut even…preferably at another salon as I wouldn’t go to the same one again. If you don’t like the way your hair looks, consider putting it in a ponytail. It’ll hide flaws and maybe make you feel better. What’s done is done. I understand how you feel as I’ve been through a similar experience, but jo hona hota hai…ho kar hi rehta hai…and stressing won’t help. For your mehndi/shadi/valima…your hair will be covered with a dupatta. People won’t be able to see the length or style of it. And your overall bridal look will consist of your clothes, makeup, jewelry…Not just your hair…which again…won’t be entirely visible as you’ll be wearing a dupatta on top.
