I think i have this problem but i don't want to take pills...because then i feel hungry and even if i eat a little bit i put on weight..other then orange juice what other food(s) contain vitamin c?

Hopefully it's no big deal, teelo. But please remember that "herbal" and "natural" doesn't mean it can't be harmful. There are powerful chemicals in plants and such. And they are often very beneficial, but they can have adverse effects . Please speak to a doctor before taking more of these.
You don't have to take orange juice. You can just munch on fruits such as oranges, grapefruit, strawberries, kiwi. You can also get it from tomatoes, peppers,broccoli, and Brussels sprouts A multivitamin shouldn't make you gain weight, it doesn't have a significant amount of calories and nor does it contain fat. It'll help compensate for any deficiencies in your diet. You can even squeeze some lemon juice in water and take a multivitamin with that.
