Girls who put up their profile with all the dancy fancy pics … what do u have to say for them? How would u judge them? Would you go for a girl like that?

er…i’ve never put my pic up on any website…and not planning on…although SOME of the guppies have seen my pic on msn :bummer:…which i kinda regret

but really…some guys like lookin at girls pics :bummer: so?..

I’ve seen other girls’ profiles on shaadi.com cos a friend of mine registered…and to be honest alot of the pics didn’t seem fancy at all…most of them were just normal everyday household pics…

Some you can tell are professional shots…

What’s the point of putting up a fancy that’s not a true depiction…when they meet you the real you will be revealed anyway right…?:confused:

errr not a matrimonial site, but judgin by some of the girls (and some guys) profiles on facebook—they’re pretty disgusting that I just wonder how if their parents are completely clueless and have no idea how to use the internet.

Before joining GS, I was on naseeb for about a month (NOT for a rishta! :grumpy: ) and again the same stuff.

Fancy shmancy shots just look reallly desparate and FAKE!. Flattering pictures r fine, but whats the use of 8 lbs of makeup and very fancy stuff

I myself wouldnt post a pic/profile on a site looking for a hubby. But I have had guy friends who have done it.

it depends on the person, the approach and all. you can do it in a very tasteful manner or u can do it in a very lame manner. i would not have had an issue with someone with her bio and pic on some site if she was the right person

Both of my brothers married girls they found on matromonial websites.

My younger brother found his wife on naseeb and my older brother on shadi.com.
