Well with guys, as CR said, when too much sperm is produced and none is getting out, it HAS TO get out somehow. One way is to engage in sexual intercourse (then you don't have many wet dreams) and the other way is to abstain from sex and let it out by wet dreams. I think.

"While fasting if you have a wet dream, It does not break your fast as it was involuntary, during the sleep and something happened during sleep is not accountable while fasting. Although you will become unpure and need to do ghusal ASAP.

Nope I'm not. I don't recall any time like that when I had such dreams. I usually have dreams about people dying, getting hurt, or me sitting with someone and not even talking and then I wake up. 8-|
