Mashallah, I see you are doing a good job by ‘nipping in the bud’ troublesome posts. There is enough conflict between muslims in this world for us not so learned people to cause more trouble.

Take it easy brother. Cool dude is a nice guy, you might have a misunderstanding about him. He is very understanding and listens to what you say. Yes I agree with your point about understanding Quran, but quoting ayats of Quran has a sawab too.

When we try to "discuss" something, we must be careful about use of words. Instead of saying "you do this" or "i do this", we can use the words, "people observe these things" or "we all can do such n such".
Please try to create harmony and unity among ourselves, because we are already divided among sects, races, genders and so forth. Try to lessen these differences and eliminate them.
