I think all Muslims with strict Islamic views must put their children in Islamic schools - that way they are not exposed to normal kids in public schools.
If they are no Islamic schools in the area - they should be kept at home. Especially girls. That way, they are not polluted with western ideas and can be sent back and married in Pakistan.
