Two years ago, I had met a lady who was into some sort of chinese study about people through a technique I have forgotten the name of. She had told me to take Ginseng and CoQ10 for three months. It was a meeting for the sole purpose for amusement hence forgot about it as soon as I left her office. I happened to read little bit about Ginseng herb and CoQ10 enzyme later on and came across some interesting information.
I would like to know if any of you has tried any of the two or both and why? In what circumstance, one should take these? Is it only to get rid of some sort of ‘weakness’ or are there other reasons for why people take these?
Please share whatever information/experience you have about/of both.
q10 has 2 parts.. vitamin and protein.. the vitamin part is similar to vitamin-K, it works as a catalyst agent in diffusing short bursts of energy ....its like a suppliment bodybuilders take..
second part is protein.. the vitamin portion helps in releasing bursts of energy, protein takes care of the tearing and rebuilding of muscle sets...
ginseng is mostly taken to enhance the sexual portions of the male's life.. increased blood flow and isolation in the genital muscles, thus increasing the girth, increased production of semen (which is partly protein as well).
originally ginseng was taken to recover weakness after recovering from an illness, to shake off that shaky feeling and trembling feet (increased blood flow) (not increased blood pressure)..
i am a nature-freak.. and since these are natural suppliments, i researched them a bit long time ago . . but poison is natural too, and having said that, i've never tried ginseng from mouth.. i do smoke i though in sheesha cuz of its VERY rich smoke, and intoxicating smell..
coq10 i've taken here'n there .. for main purpose of better production of energy..
javed miandad, most successful batsman of pakistan, awaaz bachon jesi.. u think lack of energy? no.. just HAPPENS that he had a soft/kiddi voice.. baqol him he only grew mucchaan so he looks older..
body-builders, i've heard a few that are really soft spoken.. 6'2, 230 pounds, and they talk like a joru ka ghulam .. so u know.. its normal..
The idiot that cant type- Back surgery, to remove two discs. I dont know what these hidden "risks" are, i have just heard there are some. I loved it, but i was taking alot of medicine and going through a vigurous exercise program at the time so i cant be sure if it was the ginseng alone that helped.
