Has anyone used it? I was told by someone its good for cold allergy that I have. But Im not sure about how and when to use it. Anyone?

Hmm...I've heard of fresh ginger being used for various ailments...but have not heard of ginger marmalade. Do you think that using fresh grated ginger would be more helpful than ginger marmalade...which might be processed or loaded in sugar? You can try grating fresher ginger into your tea...and you could even mix some of the marmalade into the tea. With the latter...you can also spread some on toast.

yes...ginger is good for colds and ginger marmalade can be a good cold remedy :)

Much grateful for the post RV, the thing being, I have already arranged the marmalade. The sugar is not an issue. I can wash it before eating. The taste of raw ginger is
but hey. Mixing marnalade into tea might not do. The pieces are bigger. Might takea few pieces with milk at night ![]()

Hmm.... Mirage, try putting the marmalade in a blender or a food processor or use a mortar and pestle even to make the pieces smaller and of a more thinner and liquid -like consistency. And then you might be able to mix it better in your chair or milk.

i spread it on my toast…i buy sugar-free because i’m diabetic. it’s NOT that bad taste wise. i may buy in the jelly form from the health food stores.
