P.S. Kindly don’t start discussing how|why did she get banned etc as the real aim is to bring her back not to discuss the past.

I will be willing to be part of the petition so long as few things are cleared (given that there have been many petitions of the same sort for me in the past and I totally understand the sentiments).
Gina~ had been asking us to delete her account as she was no longer interested in participating in GS. We told her we can not do that as it is against the GS policies in general. So, while she is banned, if she does want to come back, she should contact Administration and clear up the issues due to which she was banned. (By saying do not start discussing why she was banned, defeats the purpose of the petition in itself. Think about it LUC bro)
Gina~ was asked for about more than a week or two on some issues to not be aggressive but the response was not really well returned. Instead, the fight that had started from Shor Sharaba started to create an unpleasent environment in All Views as well… The fact that provoking is a mutual thing, we had contacted the two parties involved and did not receive a satisfactory remarks from Gina~ while the other party clearly backed off while Gina~ insisted to go on her terms even though she consistently kept saying she was ignoring the other party and she did not want to post in those threads but continued to do so and when contacted again, we were asked to delete her ID. That we can not just do it.
So, I am all for the petition for Gina~ to come back and support it but we all need to revisit our behaviour and be polite to each other and ignore things that we personally do not like so long as they are not breaching any moral or religious boundaries. And for sure, in case of Gina~, her complaints were against things which were not even against her but things she was irritated to. Please, understand that the complain that she was attacked first, was never addressed, is wrong as well for I personally contacted the other person about it and I was not only assured but I also noticed that the other person had backed off…
Please, ask Gina~ to contact Administration and resolve the issues. We had already contacted her but never heard back from her in this regard.

Before you go on your petition, be adivsed that Gina herself requested her ID from GupShup to be removed.

We can not judge things based on hearsay and/or incidents outside of the domain of GS public forums. We do not have proofs neither do we get any kind of Revelation about it. Our judgements and decisions are based on what is evident in the forums. If there was a proper case/complain with evidence provided then, we would have done something about it - there is little that you can do when you are blamed to begin with, being the biased judge without even dealing or conversing with the very judge.
Whatever decision was taken was due to the ample evidence still available to Administration.
If she was reacting to something that was not in public knowledge then, in such case, there is no one to blame but her because, such behaviour creates anarchy and she was asked atleast 4-5 times by myself to let me know what exactly is the problem but there was only talks talks talks and finger pointing, whinning, blaming but no case, no coherent behaviour, nothing.
There is nothing that anyone can help with in such situation but to honour what the person was asking herself.
