My sister in law brought me an Elizabeth Arden make up kit 10 YEARS AGO! My Mummy (may Allah bless her in Jannah, ameen) put it away with all the other untouchables (till the wedding). I have never opened it, has it expired now?

What kind of makeup is it?
I know the foundation is gone --- foundation has an open jar life of about 12 months.

Its a make up kit full of eyeshadows, eye and lip liners, blushers as well as a mascara!

tbh i hav a mascara thats frm 4 years ago only used it once or twice n it still works fine. i suppose if it hasnt been open then it shud be ok.
Toss-out the mascara.. try the blushers and eye-shadows. If the consistency and colors look and smell ok..they won't cause any breakouts.

why you want to use after 10 years , if you can buy new than go buy don't take risk with ur skin

I was de-cluttering the attic and sorting out stuff and i found the makeup kit! Like I said it hasnt been opened, maybe i should open and see if it smells ok, otherwise another similar kit is on sale, on direct cosmetics (dont know if i am allowed to post the website)-i have made huge savings from this website, why dont you too?
