Diamond set, get yourself to a jewellers so you can pick something nice for her. If not a diamond set then a car. Perfumes, makeup, dresses etc are things she probably buys all the time. You need to get her something special.

jewlery would be the best idea since this is usually long term something people wear/keep for a long time. paired with something short term like a chic outfit and matching pair of shoes would make it look very thoughtful and make a girl like me very happy. :) definately this over something like a laptop for me....who is it for btw?
and it depends on the person actually i just saw car on your list too. for a lot of people car would be very valuable and come in very handy.
