Gifts to Pakistan - URGENT

Hello, I am planning on sending my mother-in-law some flowers, cake and a Eid Mubarak card for Eid.
I am planning on using expressgifts.com
Only because a friend of mine sent his fiance some gifts and they were delivered on time and seemed pretty decent by the picture he showed me.

But I want to ask you all if you have tried this service? How is the quality? What about the cakes? The cake I am planning on getting is said to be from PC/Islamabad?

Its my first time doing something like this for my mother-in-law since I got engaged so I obviously don’t want any goof-ups.

I've used a gift service 3-4 times.. it's been awesome every time so... yeah, go for it.

I used pakistangiftonline i think. But i think the're all more or less the same.
