My sis inlaw is having a baby soon Inshallah. My problem is I dont wanna give her something what she could get from Pakistan as well. Any ideas for presents??

I don’t like baby stuff from Pakistan. I have send baby clothes, baby accessories (munchkin spoons, bath mugs, baby orejal/finger brush, etc). My SIL always appreciates them.
