Do you guys wear gifted clothes comfortably??
What if someone feels very uncomfortable and dont wears them.. is it egoistic??

No if you dont feel comfortable then dont wear. Its perfectly fine and the other person should understand this as well. Gift is never equivalent to imposing 
If the material and cut of the clothes causes you discomfort, then it?s not due to ego.
If your discomfort stems from a feeling of pride that you cannot wear something that you didn?t buy yourself, or if it?s due to some grudge that you have toward the gifter…then it might be due to ego.
Generally, it doesn?t make me uneasy. If it?s from someone close to my heart, I cherish it. If it looks well on me and feels comfortable, even better.

no, gifted clothes don’t fit me usually, either the trousers are too loose from waist or shirts are too tight at the shoulders.
If I like it, I wear it else I don’t.

No one has ever given me a gift since my childhood years, especially clothing. 
If they did give me clothing, I would probably only wear it if I liked it and it was a good fit.

Don’t see anything wrong with it if the size is good or are unstitched to make as per your own measurements & look good (color / material, etc).
If the clothes look cute and fit well…you bet I’m wearing 'em! If they aren’t my style, the end up in the deepest, darkest corner of my closet.
