Guys I need some ideas on gifts for our wedding anniversary.
Clothes, perfumes, chocolates and flowers have been given the past few occassions..
would be nice with a change…

Is he into technology (playstation, cell phones, computers)? A gift card to Best Buy or any other favorite store of his is an option.
Treat him to a nice meal at his favorite restaurant
Go for small romantic getaway/vacation to his favorite place
Cook him his favorite meals for breakfast/lunch/dinner/dessert

Sky diving, bungee jumping, white water rafting, abseiling, kite surfing, rally car racing...etc...
Something to get the adrenaline pumping, and you can do together :)

what about a nice wrist watch? he can always wear it and it will remind him of you all the time..

If you're the Guy (I'm guessing so as you said you gave flowers and chocs and that's the guy thing to do) then you're looking for gifts for her...
How about you cook her a nice meal as a surprise. Nice music, candles, lovely food.. nice and romantic.. She'll really love the thought and effort you put in for her... I'm sure it would be an evening she wouldn't forget in a hurry..
Gift wise.. A nice photoframe with a pic of the two of you? Or an album of your first year of marriage together..
How about booking a weekend away in a nice hotel and take her shopping..
