So I need to give a friend of mine some kinda gift, something cute, functional and romantic on her birthday. It should not be super expensive ~ like anything < 100 bucks. She is crazy about bracelets - the funky kinds, i don’t know how to explain, the one that has small things in a glass? She is crazy about yoga so I was thinking a yoga mat? She also loves cardigans and uggs? I dont think it would be covered in my budget? I just suck at gifts, any idea? Thanks

Don't do the yoga mat. With Uggs you may run into some trouble with shoe size. Out of the things you've mentioned, go with Cardigan or bracelets because that way she would think of you when she's wearing it. You could do a cardigan and perfume or bracelets and perfume and either combination can be under a 100 bucks. Or skip the perfume and do cardigan with flowers ir bracelet with flowers.
I'm assuming you're interested in this girl as you want the gift to be romantic. But it depends also on how long you have known her. If it's only been a short duration, then go for a simple gift because the bigger the first gify...the bigger the expectations can sometimes be with subsequent gifts.

yea cardigan is within my budget and throwing a bunch of roses would do it. Shoe I couldn't even afford that, bracelet don't know which one she would like it. I have knows her for quite a while now as we have been friends for a while

Ooh unless you are interested in her.. I wouldn't suggest roses, some other kind of lovely flowers. That accompanied by a nice bracelet would be perfect.

We are interested in one another. She has a fitbit already and everything fitness related. And she is super fit to be sending the wrong message of working out.
I got a tennis necklace that has a tennis racquet from macys since she was a pro tennis player back in the day. It cost me like 100 bucks so I don't have money left to buy more lol
