I guess it depends on her likes/ your budget etc.
For my mom all of us siblings (4 of us) got together and bought her a diamond ring-she has always loved diamonds but has never been able to afford one or I guess didn't feel she could justify the cost of it- moms always tend to put themselves last!
she loves it and always wears it!!
I'm sure yur mom will love anything you guys get her!
