Sheesha cafes are illegal in Karachi and as far as i remember a high profile sheesha place was raided by police in Karachi.
these are just addictions. in India GuTkaa is banned but you can see strips of GuTkaa hanging from just about every nokkaR paan dukaan in any city, town and village.
the public must be educated through ads, commercials, social workers.

In a sickly way, isnt that good for the economy? Better would be to make like the US and impose 200% taxes on such stuff. It will either help the economy or help the people
