Today New York Times published a report
Apparently it is about Afghanistan .
Afghan Leader Acknowledges Cash Deliveries by C.I.A. By MATTHEW ROSENBERG 2:18 PM ET President Hamid Karzai of Afghanistan described the bags of cash dropped off at his office for a decade as a “small amount,” though he offered few other details.

This could be happening in Pakistan also .
It was happening here in Afghan war days also
Can some one try to discuss .

Pakistani leaders do not have to worry about money trails, so the money is directly transferred to Swiss accounts.

Yes the bags of cash are being dropped at PTI National Campaign office in Lahore. As you know, Jewish lobby, Ahmadi lobby, ISI, Pakistani Army and CIA and Mossad are funding the Tsunami :)

What else can I expect from brain less Nirralas .
This was a very serious issue to understand the scene behind the curtains .
Issue of this 'ghost money' is not related to bloody civilians , however some of that may reach to those who provide Jihadis to fight like
JI ,JUI ,DPC and some others .

Karzai is installed by US… everyone knows and admits that. If he takes money from his masters, nothing surprising about it.

However someone else is begging Uncle Sam is all the time and in return gets called “numbskull”,…

This was official talk for aid to Pakistan .

As Hamid Karzai is no jihadi and they are giving cash to him, so probably they are not dropping these kind of bags for Pakistani jihadis. They should be going to Zardari who is equivalent of Karzai in Pakistan.

I have said many times that Pakistan is a battleground for Saudi Arabia, Iran, US and India. The 'apparent' war is in Afghanistan but it has long shifted into Pakistan. US/India are fighting Pak army/ISI while Saudi and Iran are fighting each other's proxy. So for some, the cash is 'delivered' while for some cash is made available via different sources, now they have been trained to "earn" for themselves too.
