So i was reading an interview of an indian actor who has worked on numerous Pakistani dramas where he mentioned working on a drama by umera ahmed titled Ghost. Has anyone seen this drama? when did it air?

ya a bit of a drag at times but it was a good story...sania saeed was awesome. the indian actor must have been the one who played the role of sania's dead finace's friend, never seen him before. he was pretty good for a newbie, saw him recently in 'ishq junoon dewangi', seems to do a lot of hum tv productions. just googled, his name is ismail bashi...can't find pics of him.

I like the story BUT, yaar why does this director love the melodrama so much??? and why the dragging and WHY the "aaa aaaaa" type music every time something sad happens.
I have one big issue with the script (so far). As a married couple, Nadia and Faisal had been living separate lives for a decade and their relationship fell through. WHY OH WHY did nadia have to leave him for another MAN?? Why couldn't she have left him for HERSELF. Because the message you get is:
1. Women cannot be complete with men, so no matter how miserable you are in your marriage/ or how abusive you husband is DON'T leave him till you find a night in shining armor.
- Nadia Jamil's character was having an affair. That is the general perception of the audience about the drama and that's what Faisal's character (Ayan) thinks as well. He keeps accusing her of having an extra marital affair and trivializes their own marital issues.
Anyways, despite the drag, the drama at least has some "sir" "pair", which is more than i can say for that new drama "Bol Meri Machli Kitna Pani" coz that just makes me scream with it's filmy dialogues and non sensical story line. Aik turf, the daughters are fighting for their rights to get out of the house and when they get that privilege( which most women in Pakistan don't), they start getting knocked up. matlub hud hotee hai.

I do think that Naseeruddin Shah look-alike is a good actor!!! Saw bits of him in Ishq Junoon and he did a good job.
