These are incorrect assumptions on the basis of Quran. In Sura Baqra, Allah clearly says that no Messenger is better than the other.
We have to believe in all the books, all the angels and all the messengers. We cannot say my messenger is better than the others (Wala nuffariqu baina ahadihim). Read 2:285 and 2:286 to understand the true concept.

On day of judgment all ummats will be under theire Prophets and all Prophets will be under Mohammed s.a.w. is ALLAH Aadil ? if all of them r same then y so much for Mohammed ?

Quran uses the term "Rusool" or Messenger and that's it. We should not go beyond and sub-classify them as prophet vs. peghamber vs. Nabi.
Having a book or being last doesn't make one Rasool "superior" to other. All of the Rasools brought the same message about Allah. There was no difference between the message, book or no book; First or last or middle; shoe or no shoe; No difference.
Every Rasool was given the same task, and that's why mery jaan we should not do what Allah has asked as not to do i.e. make one rasool better than the other.
p.s. The aya numbers are provided and it is pretty straight forward to go look at the Quran.

As far as these hadith are concerned, I've read about them back in 1999/2000 and some people suggest that they maybe "daeef" hadiths (weak in hadith terminology).

my friend you have misunderstood the verses. i mean 2:285,286. go to quranurdu.com and listen to abu al alah moududi's tafseer in their audio section. Allah is not equalizing the prophets. Allah is just saying that the believers do not defferenciate between Rasools in their believe (something like that). means they believe in every Rasool that Allah has sent.
please do not try to understand Quran by the translation. Arabs knew arabic but ALLAH still sent his beloved prophet(PBUH) to them so that he could teach them what was actually meant by the book. so who are we, we don't know the arabic even. always read a tafseer that is written by a known scholar. i try to understand Quran through Abu al alah moududi's tafseer. he is amazing. he mensions all of the schools of thought and then give the arguments in order to make us understand what certain verses mean.
friend i am worried about you, ( forgive me if i am wrong but) it looks like that you do not trust Muhammad (PBUH) that much. he is selected by Allah to become a religious teacher for the humanity until the day of judgement. Allah himself gives shahada that the Prophet (PBUH) is innocent and doesn't say anything but what he is given by Allah.
we have to understand prophet(PBUH) in order to understand Quran and the religion as whole. for example Quran asks us to perform salah but doesn't define how, where, when etc. the last prophet (PBUH) tells us how to say salah etc. it is not that Quran is missing something but it is the way Allah decided to send the whole religion to us. I love Allah , I love Muhammad (PBUH), I love all the prophets before Muhammad(PBUH).
as long as zaid hamid is concerned, his love for the religion and for the nation is reflected through his behavior. he has rejected voilence in Islam numerous times but ofcourse every nation has right to defend itself and in order to do that we have to have capability(weapon, strong army etc.) and all that doesn't work unless you do not have a true believe in your religion and ideology. may Allah bless him.

Also please cite references to all ahadith, the only "Hind" related Hadith I've read is that Prophet PBUH said (something along the lines) he felt cool air coming from Hind.

Nobody asked the Prophet as many questions as I asked regarding Ad-Dajjal. The Prophet said to me, "What worries you about him?" I said, "Because the people say that he will have a mountain of bread and a river of water with him (i.e. he will have abundance of food and water)" The Prophet said, "Nay, he is too mean to be allowed such a thing by Allah"' (but it is only to test mankind whether they believe in Allah or in Ad-Dajjal.)
the test is continued, everyone with true faith will succeed.
The Prophet (PBUH) has said a lot of ahadeeth about future, many of them have passed and many events has to come still. we should not worry too much about Ghazwa Hind. whenever this war will come, its destruction will depend on the character and spiritual level of the muslims who will take part in it. ghazwa e badr and conquest of Mecca are examples of the wars where muslims won with a little resources or without bloodshet. actually most of Arab accepted Islam or was conquered without fighting. if we will try to bring Islam into our lives just like companions of Prophet (PBUH) did, wars like Ghazwa e Hind can also become a piece of cake just like it was the conquest of Mecca.
