Ghazi/ BB/ Irrefragable

Considering you guys consider yourselves to be such good debators, why is it that you post up to 6 continous posts, all of which are extremely long, in one thread?

Take the Hinduism exposed thread for example; There was probably some interesting points to be discussed in that thread, but a succession of huge cut and pastes meant that I didn’t really bother to read them through. I doubt anybody else did either.

Now Ghazi yar, if you had posted one article, waited for a response and then debated that one through wouldn’t it have been better? Plus you would have been left with plenty of material as ammo for your next volley. Why blow it all in one go?

Take advice from a veteran of such campaigns, I, the legendary Mr Xtreme, who has fought famous campaigns against hindus, qadianis, *brothelisers, ad-bulmalick and all manner of infidel wannabes that frequent these forums.

*brotheliser is not a recognised word but a made up term used to describe the mindset of certain individuals on Gupshup.

I see a good advice there. I really wonder why you three guys don't seem to agree with something like this?

So you simply post these long posts and assume that others actually read them and learn something from them? Or such manner of posting will have any effect on other members? How could you not see that people don't have that much time or patience to go through every single word, specially in a long post and then debate it?

Mr. Xtreme:

*"Considering you guys consider yourselves to be such good debators, why is it that you post up to 6 continous posts, all of which are extremely long, in one thread?" *

*BB: First and foremost we must keep this in mind that religious discussion can hardly be brief. For example God/Allah one sinply cannot use the single noun and get his/her point across. Because there are different gods with different attributes. So when we all should talk we must present clear and precise facts without any ambiguity. If a topic is being discussion one must be at liberty to present his/her position or point of view with clarity and objectively irrespect of the length or size. Your view/opinion seems to controlling behavior and causing un-necessary obstacles that may result in confusion. *

*"Take the Hinduism exposed thread for example; There was probably some interesting points to be discussed in that thread," *

*BB: What you are missing here is that when we came on GupShup we were clear and precise with reasonable length of our message. What we got in response was “NAMECALLING” twisting and making fun of our names which is a part of IndoPak culture and people take a pride in doing that. It was a complete turnoff. Because rather discussing our thought provoking issues, people acted silly. Later we read past threads and learned that none of the worthy topic ever had an intellectual debate. Many important issues were either not addressed or refuted by Muslims on these threads. That made us believe that folks around here are more interested in bulls*it than reason. *

*"but a succession of huge cut and pastes meant that I didn't really bother to read them through. I doubt anybody else did either." *

*BB: What is cut and paste? If there is any cut and paste what is wrong with that? How can you claim and prove that you are right? Well, if you didn’t read it, bad for you. Because what you don’t know may really hurt you as Ghazi has said before. Do you really believe that using rhetoric of cut and paste makes one look intelligent? I don’t think so. I believe that people hide their ignorance behind this rhetoric. *

"Now Ghazi yar, if you had posted one article, waited for a response and then debated that one through wouldn't it have been better?"

**BB: I’m responding on behalf of all of us. As I said above that once it was obvious that folks here are more eager of non-sense than engaging in an enlightening debate, we simply disregarded them. Because our objective is also to learn and pass on the info to Ummah. There was/is nothing to learn. Those hungry of knowledge will definitely read our posts. There are many that simply like to read than post. So what we have been doing is following:
:
"And spend of your wealth in the cause of Allah, and make not your own hands contribute to (your) destruction; but do good; for Allah loves those who do good."
(Al Baqarah: 195 "Noble Qura’an")

"Among acts and good deeds for which a believer is rewarded after death, a piece of knowledge he has taught and diffused, a virtuous son he has brought up, an inherited book of Quran he has left, a mosque or a wayfarer's house he has constructed, a river he has caused to stream or alms he has handed out of his riches while still healthy and alive, so that he benefits there from in afterlife"
Prophet Muhammad (SAW)**

*"Plus you would have been left with plenty of material as ammo for your next volley. Why blow it all in one go?" *

BB: You have some valid points, but they have two sides (1) action (2) reaction. What has been missing a proper and inteligent reaction. We know that our facts are impossible to refute. All we got was evasive opinions and responses.

*"Take advice from a veteran of such campaigns, I, the legendary Mr Xtreme, who has fought famous campaigns against hindus, qadianis, *brothelisers, ad-bulmalick and all manner of infidel wannabes that frequent these forums." *

*BB: Well, we are not use to of desi thing or not into this sort of thing. It is different. *

"*brotheliser is not a recognised word but a made up term used to describe the mindset of certain individuals on Gupshup"

** We are clueless about that. But one thing is obvious that on GupShup there is not a single worthy opponent. All I can say is to folks here:

  • I’M NOT A GOOD BULSHITTER, BUT SOMETIME I LIKE TO LISTEN SOMEONE ELSE. PLEASE CARRY ON. ***

Mr. Xtreme:

This is what Ghazi has posted about debate on another thread. I am just re-posting it here to define debate as it should be. I have edited some portion of his post.

Deliberation; consideration: passed the motion with little debate. 3. A formal contest of argumentation in which two opposing teams defend and attack a given proposition. 4. Obsolete. My Dear Brother Xtreme, welcome back after a long no-show. Where have you been? I personally missed your presence and contributions here. I agree with you that the new members, specifically the ones you mention need a lot of grooming. I am an optimist, and I always look for solutions and opportunities. My solution for their situation is that you take them under your wings. Boy, you have one big task ahead. But I am certain that with your skills, they will turn into Gold. Now let’s talk a bit about your post:

You should learn not to cut your feet. You should not post critical views about the newcomers. They are only new and with some experience they will be as good as Asif, Baykhatr, Nationalist, and perhaps as polished as msaqibj. There is always hope.

Brotheliser? Is that a reference to dirty old polygamist men? Xtreme yar, you are so funny, but it is not nice to refer to people like that. Some of your fellow buddies might object to you for referring to religious personalities like that. You sure have some vivid imagination, and I like that in an opponent.

Welcome back, and please convey my love and respect to your relatives and neighbors. And let the games begin. Personally, I don’t like soft and mushy punching bags. I hope that you provide me with an opportunity for some conditioning.

NYA -- You're EVIL !! :)

Yes you should listen to Mr Extreme bhai verry much. he is verry shareef and verry smart to.
