n when did it happned?...can anyone tell me plz.......
Well guys,
every muslim has great respect for Holy Prophet (PBUH) and every muslim loves him from the depth of his heart but you can't expect the same from a non-muslim. They just don't have the same respect for him as we do, and we can't bound them! They are free persons to have whatever opinion they want to have. By this i don't want to say that they be allowed to do all sorts of things damaging to islam, but murder! murder is really serious matter. There could have been a lot of other ways to stop whatever that insulter was doing, but its not right that a person on its own stands up and decides according to 'his' judgement that that person should be killed. I haven't studied Ghazi Sahib and i don't know what exactly the situation was, but generally i don't think such things should be allowed.
And believe me, killing doesn't change the minds of non-muslims even a bit about Holy Prophet (PBUH). Infact, it degrades it. You just can't 'force' a person to respect Holy Prophet (PBUH). Even if (and thats a very serious 'if' ) such decisions are to be taken, then it should not be done by just one person.
