Hey can any one guide me how to tak exact measurement of Knee high Gharrara?
length of trousers is 39’.5 & knee to toe is 19’

you would need:
waist measurement- proper waist, not low rise. ghararas tend to be heavy, and if its low rise, it might just fall off!
length from waist down to floor + abot 2-3" because you'll be wearing heels with it most likely
you'll also need measurement around the widest part of your thigh, and around your knee. they'll estimate the cut of the gharara from those.
you'll need to measure the distance between your waist and your knee as well so they know where to put the "gote".
also for you shirt, you'll need the measurement from your shoulder to about 3" above your knee for shirt length.

my inlaws asked for two measurements only ...
1- length from waist to knee (this is where the gharara gote is)
2- length from knee to toe
nothing else was asked, rest was adjusted by the tailor himself. and it was just perfect :)

sara they must have had your naap for other clothes too, then, no? which the tailor then applied to the gharara as well... otherwise i dont see how the tailor could guess your body measurements from just two measurements?

oh yes, the same tailor stiched rest of my buri dresses as well :)
