The way I understand is:
Bharam= (False) claim
Qaamat= Height
Turra = Either forelock or ornament of tassle in a turban
Pech o Khum= Curls/twists
Literally speaking he is saying that the secret of your height will be declared if somehow the folds of your
hair locks (or turban) get opened. (You are not as tall as you look)
Figuratively speaking, you have artificially made yourself look good and in reality not that good.
