you can make the best ourt of every day, if and when you wake up early in the morning, and get yourself to simply take in all that the morning time has to offerr - freshness, symbolic hope of a new day & while the late sleepers are still sleeping - time for you to get ready for school or work & peacefully pray.
how would you appreciate morning time, in any season?
Appreciate your morning time by exercising (walk, walk, walk :>), doing other chores or just starting and ending your day early is a good habit to fall into.
Late-sleeping is a motivation tool sometimes to get up early the next morning.
About **7-9 hours **of sleep is recommended in a day.
Meaning about one third of our life needs to be spent in bed.........lol
Less than 7 or more than 9 hours is associated with less life expectancy. (About 10, 000 civil servants study over 12 years)
Its not necessarily on sleep itself but because of other associated diseases or drugs which change sleep time.
I cannot find at this moment but one study also suggested that very early risers (before 5 AM) were also not living long or something. It was published in a medical journal. They had more diseases/deaths. (Please confirm)
Many heart attacks occur during 6 AM and 11 AM. Since this is time frame for people to get up and worry about the day ahead and heart rate and blood pressure swings/changes to occur.
^ so u think work timings should be changed till afternoon:hehe:
I also can’t function properly when I don’t get sleep for at least 6/7 hrs but more than that makes me even more lazier. I know people who sleeps only 5 hrs per day and work as if they had 7 hrs sleep. I think body gets used to the cycle once your sleeping hrs are constant for years..
