This Iranian born Tv personality Jian Ghomeshi was kind of a play boy and would rough up women, he has kind of landed in some hot water and lost his job and got arrested as someone now claim that they did not agree to getting roughed up. He is lawyered up pretty good and seems that it would be hard to convict him. I feel roughing things up can be trouble and even if it is consensual it can be classified as an assault. I had come across some other Iranian guys and they displayed a lot of sexual perversion also. Do you think he should be convicted or is he just getting fleeced for financial gains.

Bhai..I u know one day I will interact with Chapter 2, but for now this case seems intriguing, the woman is calming assault and yet sends flirtatious emails and bikini clad pics after alleged assault. Guys with financial assets need to tread so carefully as certain women can get into get rich quick mode I talk to my boyz about this all the time.
Media outlets do not have the right to publish the bikini-clad photo of one of the complainants in Jian Ghomeshi’s sexual assault trial, even with the woman’s face blurred, the judge in the case has ruled.
A lawyer representing seven major news organizations — including the CBC — sought access to a photo that the woman sent to Ghomeshi more than a year after he allegedly assaulted her.
The photo was presented as evidence, but was not shown to spectators in the courtroom. It was described as a shot of the woman in a red bikini on a beach.

I won't comment on the particulars of the case, but JG's defense attorney, M. Henein is a very accomplished and successful lawyer. And it shows in how she's been handling the cross-examination.

I have a feeing that soon he will have none, you cant et away with slapping the Goris, todays testimony was quite damaging.
Shortly after they arrived, DeCoutere said Ghomeshi suddenly started kissing her, then grabbed her by the throat, pushed her up against a wall and hit her repeatedly across the face with an open hand.
“It just started, there was no buildup,” she said. “He started kissing me quite suddenly, and then it was interrupted when he pushed me up against the wall and the way I remember it, he hit me a couple of times and was looking at me and then he hit me again and then he stopped.”
DeCoutere testified that she did not consent to being choked or slapped, and that Ghomeshi initiated the kissing.
She added that being hit “didn’t feel sexual.”
The entire incident, which lasted about 10 seconds, left her stunned, court heard.
