i had the same problem, not that i lost alot of weight but i think i am getting there.... i try to workout 4-5 days a week.....i go for short walks on the othr days....i have cut down on junk food....i did not give up eating desi food altogether but cut down the quantity...after my dad had a by-pass last month, whole family has been extra cautious about the food we eat. This helped getting rid of the white bread, flour, too much use of rice and deep frying.
I have always believed that there should be a balance between input and output. I love BBQing to thats good too. I think swimming is the best exercise if you wanna loose wieght or stay in shape...
