There is one fda approved treatment for stretch marks called Mederma. I used it for a while and it helped for sure but I dont think theres anything that gets rid of them completely. Microdermabrasion maybe?

Mama I used Mederma during the pregnancy. I think it helps not to get them.
But once you get them - I have't seen anything that works on the market
