To get rid of hate, try reading through other religions, all of them have answers to your question (miss Mohobat).

You have to de-attach yourself (or at least put as much distance as possible) with the people / scenerios that cause this emotion to rise.
Once you have enf FREE time - u can work on accepting and dealing with it.
Good chance, the people / enviroment you leave to make distance needs to be replaced. An empty void will only remind you of ... hate. You have to bascially replace the components in life.
