Any recs on good online to-do tools? I know the iphone has lots of to-do apps and checklists and all. Would be nice if there was something I could attach to my inbox or my mailbox or something.
How do you guys stay organized?
Any good online programs? Something electronic, cuz I usually misplace paper lists and I can’t carry them around since I forget them everywhere.
Re: Getting Organized: Good Online To-Do Tools
I use Wunderlist. It syncs to everything. Desktop program for all platforms (Windows, Mac, Linux), it has a web app, and smartphone apps too. You can create subtasks and write notes for tasks as well. You can set reminders to appear on your desktop as well as email.
The only thing I dislike is that you have a scroll wheel thing for setting due dates and reminder dates, no calendar view. It’s a minor issue though, overall the app is amazing.
I also use Evernote for writing down notes and attaching pictures as notes.

Sticky notes application for windows 7 is also useful. There must be something similar for Mac too.
Look up the entire approach on GTD… “Getting Things Done”

Microsoft Outlook.
We very often underestimate it and are unaware of how much we can utilize it. Its a perfect one-solution software.
