for jewelery I will suggest Shafiq jewellers, they are in Clifton, Tariq rd , and sadar. Also Shuja in Forum Clifton.
For clothes it depends on when is your wedding what style you want , traditional outfits is bunto kazmi , faiza samee. Stylish stuff Sana safinaz, Shehla chatoor.
I've heard good reviews about this new fashion house by the name of House Of Haroon and saw their bridals at a friend's brothers wedding pretty good. You can checkout their fb page !

Do you have a budget for the semi/formal wear? There are a quite a few good stores on Zamzama - Khaadi Khaas and Sania Maskatiya being my to go place for party wear. The cuts and kaam is very pretty. Oooo and yeah Ayesha Hashwani - I have gotten a a few pieces from her in the past, her work is more modern. Also, try ensemble or labels for ready to wear styles.

Saniya maskatiya and Ayesha hashwani are ridiculously over priced. I think only millionaire OR billionaire can afford these designers.
