Is it common for desi parents to kick children out. I mean just to say it isn’t it meant to be a big thing. Espacially in the case for girls… (just thinking). Anybody actually got kicked out and moved out…whether they deserved it or not…(lets share)…

^ I agree. Moving out is one thing but getting kicked out is another. As for parents kicking out their own child, I have seen it happen but is rare and uncommon.

no ... i havent seen anyone kicking their own child out...but what ive seen is a guy who used to be a very close friend of mine.. came from pakistan to study and he stayed at her sis home who was married... stayed there a couple of months before his sis and her husband actually started botherin him... he couldnt tolerate it nemore..therefore he moved out... but he couldnt afford the rent else where.. so he quit studies...and left to pakistan...... it was sad to see this.... have had some wonderful time with him.

i don't know of anyone who's kicked their kids out either, it'd cause a lot of gossip na? but i do know of people who have been threatened to be kicked out by their parents lol.

yeah, same here- lots of threats but no actual kicking out.
my brother and i moved out of the familial domain, about a year apart.
he moved out first, then i followed. all hell broke loose.
then people calmed down and got over it. meh.
i loved having my own apartment! three walk in closets and one of those devoted entirely to my massive shoe collection. yay! :)

That's sad...but unfortunately siblings won't have as much love and care for you (esp if they have thier own spouse/children) as much as yr own parents will...

We were never threatned in the sense. They simply told us, if you lurk around near forbidden boundaries, you may as well find a place of your own. As simple as they sounded, we knew very well it was the truth.

Yeah twice 
First time I deserved it, second time not so much. And it wasnt being kicked out as much as it was just being forced to go live with other relatives for a while. My parents believe in tough love!

I know so many guys whose parents kicked them out due to them being AWARA or just worthless. I don't know any daughters being kicked out by their parents. I know some run-away-brides, but their families eventually accepted them. Some of them are actually my far relatives

Have you ever seen elderly parents getting kicked out by their own grown up kids? I have. I for sure thought it was the end of the world. But life goes on.

I Havent Seen Anyone Getting Kicked Out But Ive Heard About 2-3 Cases (from friends) , & usually the reason is rude kids that dont listen and talk back and when they totally get out of hands however every case is different.

although i hear a lot of “if i done weed then my mum woudl kick me outta the house and omdzzz if my dad found me with this boy hed kick me out and disown me”
