Ok, I see a lot of guys in the gym killing themselves with crunches etc…
What’s bad is, they have fat on their belly. You will never ever , ever, see your abs if you have a layer of fat on your stomach.
Don’t waste time with crunches or doing a million sit ups, hit the cardio 4-5 times a week for about 30 min, and watch what you eat.
Do this and you will get ripped abs, trust me. You only have to work your abs once a week or at most twice. Pick 2-3 exercises and really focus on doing them slowly and squeezing your abs hard.
But focus on the cardio, avoid too much rice/rotis/nan and watch your abs get ripped.
Everyone has a 6 pack, its just covered by fat.
