Who over here is trying to get big? Have you grown a tidd in the process. Asking because I’ve given up on getting big cause every time I try my tidd starts growing too and I get slow. Getting big didn’t work for me

you need to burn the fat that covers the muscles.

The only way to do that is to eat less and that means staying small.
