I general question to the regular posters here. I have one very simple question, i wonder though if it will get answered. How can you as mere mortals judge the actions of other mortals to be consistant or inconsistant with Islam.
Certain actions like drinking, fine there is explicit comments. But more indirect and subtle issues. How can you unilaterally declare that such an action is unislamic?
Whatever actions that fall outside the circle of Islam(Quran and Sunnah) are unIslamic(e.g drinking, riba, zinna etc.,). Therefore, muslims are supposed to declare such actions as unIslamic based on the Quraan and Sunnah.
But knowledge is neither absolute or correct. It is all interpretation, some say you cant have paintings. Some say you cant dance. Some say you cant even say merry christmas. Those are the subtle issues i refer to. What is explicitly stated is wrong. But such issues...who gives one person the right to judge another?
CM, you're true, nobody has the right to judge another person's compliance with the 'circle of islam'. When it comes to ethics, the Koran talks to people on a very personal level, excluding some debatable exceptions. I think it is for you yourself to decide what is Islamic or Unislamic for you.
We should leave all the judgements to Allah(swt) - for He is the only judge who will judge justly. We, although, can only remind people of the glorious Quraan and our prophet's(saw) sunnah.
Mr. pagal Insaan - no, we do not have the choice to decide what is Islamic and UnIslamic for ourselves - read the quraan, its spelled out quite clearly !!!

The etcetra - SPELLED out correctly stands for the following:
Let's put all the kafirs to the SWORD in accordance with the Sunnah.
Let's DEPORT ourselves from Kafir countries in accordance with the Sunnah.

i don't think we can. We're all infallible, we're all human beings - we have enough flaws within ourselves, in my opinion, to waste time worrying about whether or not others are following Islam.... (or what label(s) we should assign to them (Qadiani, Shi'ite, etc etc)).
