Eventhough maybe only one in ten people pay attention to them, yellow and patchy teeth can make you conscious. You can go to a dentist if the stains are very dark or you can try one of these home remedies if the stains aren’t really dark.
Take a teaspoon of lemon juice and put some salt in it. Rub the mixture on your teeth. Even a rind of the lemon or an orange rubbed from the inner white part regularly after a meal give your teeth a pearly white glow.

For those who have’ dentures, clean them daily with a brush and a suitable cleanser. Soak removable ones overnight in a mixture of 1 tablespoon household bleach and 1 teaspoon water softener in half cup water.
Of all these things baking soda is the best - i’ve tried it and it worked!
I was thinking about a dental bleaching, might go 4 it aswell… does any1 have bleached teeth here??
Good tips…my mum says pure baking soda is good too…i had my teeth bleached years ago after my braces were removed…it worked for me…i use crest multicare whitening everyday and i’m gonna try those whitening strips one of thesedays
