Once a MD of company was transfered anywhere .In the farewell party he gave three envelopes to the newly appointed MD.And said when ever you have problem open one of them.
New MD was very happy for his appointment.After 6 months compnay went in crisis, he remembered those envelopes.He opened the First one which said balme the previous ones.
So he calls a press conference and blames the previous managemnet for the cause of crisis, the problem solves.
After another 6 months he again faces the problem then he opens the second envelope which says reorganise.He just makes some admin changes and brings the company to its stable position
After an year the company suffers sever crisis.he opens the third and the last envelope which says
