It is a fact that if you are operating at a peak level and there is no redundancy in the system then as water flow dries up so will power generation.

Well, water level is not "dropping" but they are closing it for annual cleaning of canals for 5 weeks. Hopefully everything will return to better levels when the canals are re-opened end of January.

Percentage of hydroelectric power generation usually goes down in this period of time. The circular debt is back again and the government will have no option but to print more currency and increase power tariff. The claim of overpowering the power crisis now lies exposed.
