Do you really understand the context of the judgement.
It is the duty of every society to integrate and function like a homogenous entity. If the school girls insist on wearing the head scarves they would have problems in assimilating with other students in the school. You would prefer them to preserve their jehadi mentality, but that is out of the topic for the present discussion. Then they would form a group among themselves thereby limiting their exposure and feelings for the society that they reside in. They would begin to not like the society that they live in and begin to start having feelings of hatred to the society. To prevent this, and help the students to integrate better with the students, the govt decided to prevent the students to wear something that made their religious affiliations so obvioud. It is not only against Islam. The rule is the same for all communities. In this scenario if you allow a teacher to wear a head scarf wouldnt that lead to a feeling of discrimination between the students and the teachers.
