Now that even the Republicans think Bush is/will be a lame duck presidents, lets count his accomplishments and see how they hold on to the ‘conservative values’ he and his party were suppose to uphold.

I would like to see how his accomplishments compared to some other presidents of the past who had both house and senate in their hands and at one point 80+ aproval ratings.

Ok OK, the title is an oxymoron but lets try to give credit where credit is due. He did have some really funny one liners.

i could not stop pitying the man, when he was on the tv with a press conf, reflecting on the elections.

If there is a list, it is a very short one. Sorry I am unable to come up with anything to contribute.

Unless he changes his tune and works w/the new majority in a big way, he will go down as one of the most incompetent presidents of all time. Bottom 5 at best.

George Bush is a very astute politician better than Kerry and Gore combined. Do not count his end, just today in the press conference showed how he is going to play his cards. He basically admitted the loss but blamed it on some Republicans rather than their policies or him.

His legacy is not done a lot can happen in next two years.

I totally agree with you.
He will do whatever it takes to play all his cards in these coming 2 years. and once the damage (foreign policies) is done (actually has already been done), it will take decades to clean that mess.

Yes he still is and I would love to see him impeached for what he has done but that does not negate the fact that he has great political skills.

Just watch him get away with it and you will understand what I am trying to say.
