I have never seen a Pakistani TV channel beep on use of an inappropriate word. In “Uljhan Suljhan” last night this 40 year old teacher was giving details about his relationship with a female student half his age. He was trying to say that they were sexually active and it beeped. They had his face blurred. And then moments later they interviewed the girl on the phone (pre-recorded). She wanted to have no business with him but he kept saying she is in love with him.
I really liked the bold approach of the program to such topics. Really good show. Excellent host they have too.
FF, the girl said in a recorded call with the host that she didn't want anything to do with the guy. The host and the doc dude told the guy to get help for his childhood problems, stop living in a fantasy world, get over the girl, get a job, stop listening to the recorded stuff etc.
Their conclusions were correct and all but if someone is as twisted as the guy was I don't think he would just take their advice and fix himself.
lolz.. i was watching tooo.. i think they are tryin to copy american style.. but that was really cool... i like the program... but i really wanted to hear some positive response from the girl...
and the bleep thingi.. i wonder what he might have said... :p

I did not like the way Mr Psycoanalyst answered him. He was ridiculing him and trying to be his abba jee. But the lady socialite did a good job and talked about facts and its ramifications.
I think the woman in th eaudience had a good answer too.
But the 40 yr old teacher sounded like a psychopath.
FF, for your reading pleasure here is the other uljhan from yesterday… this 20 year old girl is engaged over the phone to this guy living in Amreeka. His and her mothers are friends from the past. She started chatting with him and talked over the phone every now and then. Well, guess what?. They learn that the guy had a heart attack. So now the girl’s mother wanna break up the rishta. The girl wants to carry on since she has become romantically involoved (over the chat and phone .
She wanted to know a suljhan for her uljhan.

Diva4U - in dramas i like sheeshay ka mehel, seeli barish, faaslay, and love stories.. they also have some good talk shows like aik din geo ke saath in this program they go to some celebrities house and spend the whole day with em so that what we get to see, and i like this Police program. they show how our police arrest some dakooo choor wagaira… they also show some a cooking program that comes on thursday i guess… with nida yasir and this chnki looking paki guy
there are soo many political programs, they also have some islamic program… overall they have good programs
Femme, they advised her to find out what kind of heart disease he is suffering from. If it is not serious then keep the rishta , if it is life threatening then look for someone with asthma or diabetes. just kidding. They told her to listen to her mom if it is serious stuff.
