I remember a girl told me I was cute in grade 8, I just started at her and she was like “ok you’re not cute”. It was awkward.
Nowadays if a girl complimented me (actually my friend’s sister recently did), I just said “Thank You”. But it is a little weird, as a guy, to have a girl you don’t really know compliment you as someone already mentioned. But this is only because women do it so rarely
