There has been cases like this scenerio, for example a Man in Kuwait experienced this, where his wife while she was married to him concieved another Man’s child… an Islamic Court ruled that the child has to be raised as part of the Family, Husband has to support the child as his own!
reasoning is that a child is blamless for what its Mother did and should not be denied a Family and a legitimate Family Name!
