I think that there is a difference between being successful and being an aggressive Witch. Any man who is intimated by a successful (professionally) is a fool because marriage is a partnership and you need a good woman to make it successful. On the other hand, women with massive egos or aggressiveness at home would be much tolerated. The difficult part is recognizing the difference between work and personal life - that balance is tough for both men and women.
